AI Studio and Agent Studio are different products

HighLevel’s current docs make the distinction explicit. AI Studio creates websites, landing pages and other front-end experiences from prompts. Agent Studio is the older visual environment for maintaining existing flow-based AI agents.

What AI Studio can build

HighLevel says AI Studio can generate single or multi-page web experiences, layouts, copy and images, and can create interfaces such as forms, surveys and booking flows. Projects are refined conversationally and can be published directly from AI Studio.

Important current limitations

• AI Studio projects stay inside AI Studio and cannot currently be moved into the standard Sites or Funnels builders.
• Forms and calendars may require a separate connection step before submissions or bookings reach HighLevel data.
• Using a URL or image as a reference is intended as design inspiration rather than an exact copy.
• The feature remains an evolving product, so current account behavior should be checked before committing a production workflow.

How pricing works

AI Studio uses a work/usage model rather than a simple “per page” price. HighLevel says complexity, reasoning, generated assets, connections and iterative refinements influence usage. Growth includes an allowance, Unlimited provides three times the included allowance, and Pay-Per-Use bills at token cost. Usage is measured in five-hour windows.

Who should care

AI Studio is strategically relevant for agencies that already build client assets inside HighLevel and want to reduce the time from brief to working draft. It is less compelling if your team requires a source-controlled external web-development workflow or needs to move every project into the legacy HighLevel builders.
